Lifelong Recovery Begins Today

Our addiction recovery services were created with the primary vision of providing hope and healing to individuals who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues. In order for an individual to heal, we believe that the family must be an active part of this process.

Recovery is a journey that can lead to many destinations, and being able to customize treatment plans for our clients is an essential part of what we do.

Comprehensive Assessment

Addiction and mental health issues develop for a number of reasons and they vary for every individual. Our services always begin with a comprehensive assessment. During our assessment process, our clinical team seeks to gather as much information as possible about the specific needs of the individual and family system. Based on the results of the assessment, our clinical team will present recommendations to support lifelong recovery.

Intervention

Our interventions create an interruption to the path that is currently causing harm to an individual. When an interruption is created, an opportunity for an alternative path of hope and healing is created.

An intervention is a process, not an event. The first step of this process is an initial meeting that brings the family together to learn about the individual and discuss observed behaviors. An intervention team is created once all members of the team share the same vision.

Treatment Recommendations

After the comprehensive assessment process has been completed, our clinical team will make recommendations for the appropriate level of care needed for the individual. This may include inpatient treatment, recovery coaching, case management, and family coaching. The importance of proper placement and treatment recommendations are the foundation for lifelong recovery.

When inpatient treatment is recommended, our clinical team will present options for treatment centers that align with our ethics and standards. We work with the individual and their family in supporting them to choose a treatment center that will provide the highest quality of care and peace of mind. If an individual goes to an inpatient treatment center, our clinical staff will collaborate with their team and the family to create a plan for continuing care after discharge.

Case Management

Case Management is an essential element of our team approach, and Case Managers can be thought of as the captain of the team. They provide oversight, advocacy, coordination, education, and collaboration with everyone involved in the individual’s care. Case Managers are involved from the start of care, and their role is tailored to meet the needs of the individual and their family. From assessments and coordination of admission to treatment, to discharge planning and facilitation of aftercare plans, Case Managers provide an additional layer of support and guidance.

Recovery Coaching

Under the guidance of a Case Manager, a Recovery Coach works in tandem with the individual to create weekly goals in support of lifelong recovery. These goals could include participation in a recovery program, development of a support network, budgeting, working toward employment, or going back to school. When reviewing goals, the Recovery Coach supports the individual in identifying what was accomplished, what could be improved, and what obstacles are currently present. The Recovery Coach and Case Manager communicate consistently about the individual’s progress or any areas of concern.

Career Counseling

Our Career Counselor works with clients to assess their interests, aptitude, motivation, and skills and identify a career path that is both purposeful and fulfilling.

Sober Transportation

Sober transport is provided to safely accompany clients to their intended destination. Anything from traveling to and/or from treatment, to providing local transportation needs is part of this scope of services.

Legal Assessment and Monitoring Services

When addiction becomes a key factor throughout court proceedings, the court system will often direct lawyers to seek an outside perspective on a client’s addiction. We offer three kinds of services to the courts: Basic Assessments, Comprehensive Assessments, and Monitoring. The purpose of these services is to provide a detailed examination of someone’s background with addiction, and the assessments, in particular, give a thorough overview to judges, lawyers, and/or employers so they can evaluate what the best next steps are. In all cases, the courts make the final decision on what services would be provided.
